  • Our heavy-duty incremental encoders are produced in an innovative manufacturing facility in Elizabethtown, N.C., one of the largest sites within Fortive Corporation, North America. With an impressive 166,000 sq. ft. of office and manufacturing space, we dedicate 3,500 sq. ft. to machine space alone. Our headquarters is fully staffed with Engineering teams such as Quality, Sustainment, Product Development, Design, and Mechanical Engineers. Additional local region teams include Application Support, Customer Service, and more.

  • Improved lead time for several product lines with kanban planning and management of component materials.
  • Expanded our manufacturing space from 25,000 sq ft to 166,000 sq ft.
  • Increased the number of team members and implemented cross-training.
