  • One-piece flow within each cell ensures each operator has any part or tool they need to produce their product to meet faster manufacturing times
  • Every cell is measured on metrics with a dedicated SQDIP board, tracking daily KPIs related to Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Productivity.
