In July 2021, we transitioned our North American manufacturing operations from Gurnee, IL, to an expanded facility in Elizabethtown, NC. This move was designed to increase our capacity and since then, our team has enhanced our production capabilities and added to our ability to scale with our customers.

  • Installed automation at key steps in the manufacturing process to streamline critical bottlenecks and scale capacity.
  • Improved lead time for several product lines with kanban planning and management of component materials.
  • Expanded manufacturing space from 25,000 sq ft to 166,000 sq ft.
  • Increased the number of team members and implemented cross-training.

  • Vertically integrated machining capabilities on site, with 3,500 sq ft dedicated tool room, with machinists averaging 20 years of experience, ensures fast reaction to customer demand and customized product needs.
