Our service and support goes beyond helping you install a part. We help you customize just the right solution for your application. If you use a competitor’s product and want to switch to Dynapar, we have a selector guide in place to help you find the corresponding part. 

Fast Delivery

Dynapar has been building feedback products with fast standard lead times on thousands of made to order parts for over 60 years. This tradition continues today with our standard 3, 5 and 10 day lead times and just in time inventory system which allows us to offer maximum customizability while delivering product quickly to our customers.

We understand that fast delivery in critical moments of downtime or fast moving projects is imperative for our customers to succeed. While our products are made to order, for many part numbers, we offer expedited delivery options beyond our standard lead times. If you need a replacement part urgently, please contact our customer service team to see if expedited manufacturing is possible for your specific part number.

Expedited orders must be placed by 10:00AM US Central Time for potential same day delivery and an expedite fee may apply based on the accelerated delivery schedule. Contact our customer service team at 1800-873-8731 or 1-847-662-2666 option 1 for more information. 

Customer Support

Dynapar has a professional staff of customer service and application engineers providing service and technical support for our customers. Our team will help you select the correct product for your application, provide technical support and assist in ordering and delivery related issues. Assistance via phone is available from 8:00 am to 4:45 pm Central Standard Time (CST).

Utilizing voice of customer feedback and root cause analysis, all of our departments implement the FBS toolkit to drive continuous improvement actions and drive every aspect of our work.
