Dynapar brand encoders have more than 500 factory trained and authorized process and factory automation distributors located throughout North America, Western Europe and the Pacific Rim. Each has been selected for their technical expertise, their local market knowledge and exemplary business practices. They are ready to assist you in selecting and applying your Dynapar encoder product.
Note: Due to the specialized nature of Harowe brand resolver products, they are mostly sold direct or through select specialized Dynapar Harowe Distributors. Please contact Customer Service directly for Harowe inquiries and support.

Repair Services / Returns
Encoders & resolvers are mechanical parts with moving parts that may eventually require maintenance or repair.
For select Dynapar and NorthStar encoder products some repairs can be performed by the customer. Refer to our maintenance and repair kits and available instructions for assistance. More complicated Dynapar & NorthStar repairs, however, must be performed directly at our encoder manufacturing facility, as do our Harowe brand resolvers.
To initiate a Returned Material Authorization (RMA) from Dynapar, NorthStar or Harowe product, simply fill out our RMA Request Formand one of our friendly Customer Service Representatives will contact you and provide you with complete RMA # and shipping instructions typically within 24 hours of submitting your form.
