Visit Dynapar at Reliable Plant 2020 Booth #522

Dynapar is excited to sponsor this year's Reliable Plant Show in Louisville, KY April 7-9th

Today’s reliability professionals are wearing multiple hats while trying transform their operations to predictive and precision maintenance program. Remote condition monitoring is a critical component of a success program. However, remote tools require a large upfront investment to get started, are extremely difficult to setup and need to balance with established predictive maintenance programs.

To meet these challenges, Dynapar created the OnSite Condition Monitoring System, a powerful remote monitoring tool that's easy to use, provides advanced analytical tools with alarms and dashboards and is backed by a network of experts for support when needed (United States and Canada). • In addition to quadrature encoder input, the OnSite system now accepts real time speed input from a variety of sensor types, including laser tachs and proximity sensors, allowing users to integrate real time speed with vibration and temperature data for better analysis.
  • Communication options now include wired Ethernet in addition to Wi-Fi and cellular data transmission.
  • Event based data acquisition mode provides the option to continuously listen for changes in vibration thresholds. When a threshold is met or exceeded and alarm conditions are met, the system will provide an alarm to the user.
  • Vibration data can now be displayed in Velocity Root Means Square (VRMS) in addition to acceleration, allowing users to set categories of alarms based on the ISO 10816 Vibration Severity Standard.
  • New alarm configurations including compound alarms and tiered notifications for vibration, speed, and temperature conditions.
